Why Miami homeowners tint their windows
Heat is usually what brings people to us first — the AC running non-stop, one room that’s always hotter than the rest.
Lower AC bills
Ceramic film rejects a large share of solar heat before it gets through the glass, so your AC runs less to hit the same temperature.
UV protection
Blocks the UV rays that fade furniture, flooring and artwork, and that reach your skin through untreated glass.
Less glare
Afternoon sun on a TV or laptop screen stops being a fight over which blinds to close.
Privacy, if you want it
Frosted or one-way film on bathrooms or street-facing rooms, without covering every pane in the house.
Impact & safety film
Holds shattered glass together on impact. Useful for storm season and an extra layer of security year-round.
One visit, most homes
A typical home is measured, cut and installed in a single afternoon, with no second appointment.
Four types of film, one visit to figure out which
Most homes mix two: heat rejection on sun-facing rooms, privacy on a bathroom or street-facing window.
UV & heat rejection
Ceramic film that blocks solar heat and UV while staying clear. Homeowners barely notice it’s there, which is usually the point.
Frosted & one-way film
Blocks sightlines on bathrooms, street-facing rooms and shared walls without losing daylight.
Safety & impact film
Holds shattered glass together instead of scattering it. Security day to day, protection during storms.
Frosted & patterned film
Etched or patterned finishes for windows and glass doors where you want privacy that still looks considered.

Cut & install
Film is cut to the exact pane and applied by hand. Most homes are finished the same day the crew arrives.

Questions homeowners usually ask
How much does it cost?
It depends on the film and how many windows you’re doing. We quote it on the spot during a free walkthrough, and your quote includes our current 15% off.
Will it make my house dark?
Not with ceramic film. It blocks the large majority of solar heat and close to all UV rays without noticeably darkening the room.
Is this the same as car window tint?
No — different film, equipment and install process. We only do residential and commercial glass.
Can I mix film types in the same house?
Yes. Heat rejection on sun-facing rooms plus privacy film on a bathroom or street-facing window is one of our most common combinations.
How long does film last in Florida heat?
Our residential films are rated for South Florida sun and humidity and typically hold their finish for years without yellowing, bubbling or lifting.
Is it removable if I’m renting?
Yes. We carry removable-adhesive options with full benefits while you’re there and clean removal at move-out.
When can you come out?
We work Monday–Saturday 6am–8pm and Sunday 6am–7pm, including early mornings and evenings.
